1. Promotion Period

This Tasmanian King Crab Imperial Banquet ($888) is a limited-time promotional offer. It is valid until 31 May 2026. All bookings must be completed on or before this date.

2. Package Inclusions (Menu Details)

The $888 Banquet Set for 4-6 persons includes the following fixed menu items:

• Main Course (Two Styles): One Tasmanian King Crab (2.5kg-3kg) prepared in two signature styles:
  • Signature Salt & Pepper
  • Steamed with Silky Egg White (Chef’s Signature)
• Soup: “Universal Joy” Nourishing Free-Range Chicken Soup (Double-boiled with premium herbal tonics).
• Signature Dish: Hengyang Heritage Fish Balls.
• Vegetables: Wok-tossed Seasonal Greens.
• Staple: Crispy Scallion Rice Cakes (6 pieces).

*Note: Menu items are fixed. No substitutions or modifications are permitted unless specifically agreed upon for dietary/allergy requirements.

3. Reservations & Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your booking.
• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Weight & Market Price Policy

• The set covers one crab weighing 2.5kg to 3.0kg (Live Weight).
• If the crab exceeds 3.0kg, the additional weight will be charged at the Daily Market Price.

5. Cancellations

At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.

6. Additional Charges

A 10% surcharge applies on Public Holidays. Credit card surcharges may apply at the point of sale.

7. Final Decision

YeeHer Restaurant reserves the right to amend the menu or terms without prior notice. The restaurant reserves the right of final decision in any dispute.
